These terms apply to the Cursor Token Mizer Windows app sold at cursortokenmizer.com. By purchasing or activating the app, you agree to them.

The license

A purchase is a one-time payment of $24.95 for a license to use Cursor Token Mizer. The license may be activated on up to two Windows PCs. Activation uses the same email address used at Stripe checkout and an activation code we email to you.

• The app runs on Windows. It is not offered for Mac, Linux, or the web.
• The license is for your own use. It is not a resale right.
• You may not share activation codes, resell the installer, or bypass the license check.

What the app does

Cursor Token Mizer helps you track Cursor usage you enter, compare that usage with the time left in your billing cycle, and see a suggested amount for today. It does not add Cursor tokens, raise a Cursor plan limit, or change your Cursor subscription.

Payments and refunds

Payment is handled by Stripe. Refunds for the Cursor Token Mizer purchase are described in the Refund Policy. Charges from Cursor, including plan fees and On-Demand usage, are billed by Cursor and are not charges from Cursor Token Mizer.

Availability

The app is licensed as software you run on your PC. License checks need an internet connection to the license server. We may refuse activation that exceeds the two-PC limit, and we disable a license when a purchase is refunded.

The app is provided as available. We do not promise that it will meet every planning need or that Cursor’s own usage display will always match a third-party estimate.
